MONTHLY GROUP GATHERING

Simplicity Moms Circle

Your chance to connect with other moms beyond just "small talk" and gain the support and tools to be the mom YOU want to be.

JOIN US

These monthly gatherings provide the time and place to talk about issues that are important to you as a mom.

When we’re busy trying to do #allthethings we can find ourselves parenting out of fear.

  • We react to what we want our kids to do “right now!” because we’re going to be late.
  • We're afraid that we’re screwing up our kids because we get frustrated and yell.
  • We worry we must be doing something wrong because our kids aren't listening (or maybe there’s something wrong with them? Yikes!)

When we're exhausted and just trying to keep up and survive daily life we can lose sight of what we want for ourselves and our families. We often get through the day by taking actions that give us quick results in the moment but aren't in alignment with our values or long term goals (Hello, bad mom syndrome!).

Let’s pause and come together (because you're not alone!) to focus our thoughts and align our actions back on what matters most to us.

What is the Simplicity Moms Circle?

Girls' Night Out

Talking & laughing with friends with a meaningful purpose.

You'll walk away with new motivation and simple steps to take action on. When you feel confident that your choices are right for your family you'll feel more in-control and parenting will be a whole lot more enjoyable!

A focused discussion each month

$30/gathering or only $100 for the entire series

We'll meet once a month from 7:00 PM -9:00 PM in Foxboro.

From 7:00-7:30 we'll socialize and then at 7:30 we'll hop right in to the topic.

Come to one gathering or commit to the series, whatever works best for you.

Moms of recent gatherings have commented:

"I love the group interaction!"

"It's a relaxed atmosphere where I feel comfortable sharing"

"I thought I was the only one dealing with these issues so it was reassuring to see that I'm not alone"

"I got tools to help understand why my kids act out so I can respond rather than just react"

"Good ideas for being more positive and proactive and not just reacting to 'bad' behavior but preventing it"

“It got me to think about things in a different way so I could understand my kids better”

"Easy do-able strategies to try immediately"

Why now?

If you could have a better experience of motherhood why would you wait?

  • What if instead of draining your energy and feeling guilty over the way things are, you spent that energy on learning more effective parenting solutions with a group of other moms who get it?
  • What if instead of telling yourself it’s just how mom life is, you made a commitment to spend a couple hours a month becoming your best mom-self?
  • What if you had time to be YOU with a circle of moms who want to support you and are always cheering you on?

You, my friend, have a choice.

Hey there!

I'm Karen, a mom to three kids ages 18, 16, and 14. As a certified parent and family life coach, I help moms find a way to live life based on their values without being distracted by all of the pressures from society. I also share skills and strategies to reduce kid's challenging behaviors so families have more time, energy, and joy!

No judgement, all support
