These monthly gatherings provide the time and place to talk about issues that are important to you as a mom.
When we’re busy trying to do #allthethings we can find ourselves parenting out of fear.
We react to what we want our kids to do “right now!” because we’re going to be late.
We're afraid that we’re screwing up our kids because we get frustrated and yell.
We worry we must be doing something wrong because our kids aren't listening (or maybe there’s something wrong with them? Yikes!)
When we're exhausted and just trying to keep up and survive daily life we can lose sight of what we want for ourselves and our families. We often get through the day by taking actions that give us quick results in the moment but aren't in alignment with our values or long term goals (Hello, bad mom syndrome!).
Let’s pause and come together (because you're not alone!) to focus our thoughts and align our actions back on what matters most to us.

We'll meet once a month from 7:00 PM -9:00 PM in Foxboro.
From 7:00-7:30 we'll socialize and then at 7:30 we'll hop right in to the topic.

If you could have a better experience of motherhood why would you wait?
What if instead of draining your energy and feeling guilty over the way things are, you spent that energy on learning more effective parenting solutions with a group of other moms who get it?
What if instead of telling yourself it’s just how mom life is, you made a commitment to spend a couple hours a month becoming your best mom-self?
What if you had time to be YOU with a circle of moms who want to support you and are always cheering you on?
You, my friend, have a choice.
